At JERSEYS INTL, we operate a high-efficiency fulfillment network to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible. Because we begin processing orders almost immediately, we offer a strict 12-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed.
How to Cancel
If you have changed your mind or need to update your order details, please follow this procedure within the 12-hour limit:
- Email: Send an urgent request to support@jerseysintl.com.
- Subject Line: Use “URGENT CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]”.
- Verification: Our team will confirm the cancellation and process your full refund immediately to your original payment method.
After the 12-Hour Window
Once an order has surpassed the 12-hour mark, it has likely entered our automated logistics and packaging phase. At this point, the order cannot be intercepted or cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after this period, you must wait for the delivery and follow our standard 30-Day Return Policy to receive a refund.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
When a cancellation is confirmed within the 12-hour window, JERSEYS INTL issues a 100% refund immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
