30-Day Global Standard
1. The 30-Day Return Window
At JERSEYS INTL, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
Return Method
By Mail: Please contact support@jerseysintl.com to receive the correct return warehouse address for your region.
Return Fees
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
Restocking Fees
Zero Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns made within the 30-day window.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. JERSEYS INTL will cover all costs for verified manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-printed jerseys (player names/numbers) or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
